"My boyfriend and I got our pictures taken by Mecca last Winter at Mirror Lake. We snowshoed, we laughed, we quoted New Girl & The Office & Always Sunny, we hiked, and we had an absolutely amazing time! No one but Mecca could’ve made me okay with hiking up a snowy mountain in show shoes and JEANS. By the time we got to the top I was sweaty and tired, so nervous that I was going to look horrendous in these pictures, but Mecca made me look like and feel like a damn snow princess. My boyfriend and I had never taken pictures before so we were both ridiculously awkward and had no idea what to do, but right away Mecca made us feel so comfortable and told us to just be ourselves, and the rest fell into place.
