This day was so fun! I met Chassidy and Scott and one of my favorite photography spots along Highway 58. It has a seasonal canyon and field, and always has a gorgeous forest setting, so you can get multiple backdrops in one location! It was a chilly but sunny evening and the lighting was perfect for their photos.

I’ve been coming to this spot since I was little and I love taking my couples there. It’s super accessible, but you feel like you’re well off the beaten path. In the summer, this canyon fills up with water, so there’s only a little beach. But in the fall and winter, this water level is down to a little stream, so the whole area is open to explore! The dry grass is the perfect cozy touch for fall or winter engagement photos. Plus, you get great views of the ridgeline covered in pine trees.
