This day was so so fun! I always love meeting new couples for their engagement photos, and I absolutely love it when they bring their fur babies. I met Taylor and Chanse out at one of my favorite spots to shoot (Fall Creek Lake), and we got so lucky with the best summer sunset. The blues and greens in these photos, along with the pink and gold at the end, make me so so giddy as an Oregon engagement photographer. You really can’t beat a gorgeous sunset. Plus, Oregon offers so many great locations to shoot engagement photos at!
We played around in the grass with their doggos, talked about their jobs and how they met, and I snapped some adorable photos of these two and their love. Meeting couples before their big day and shooting engagement photos is seriously such a fun way to get to know each other: it’s a way more relaxed feel, we get to chat and we aren’t worried about a timeline, plus you get cute photos! If you are on the fence about engagement photos, I hope this helps sway you into booking one with me! I can just imagine a few of these hung up on their walls together and it makes me get emotional–what an honor to capture such a sweet moment in time for these two.
