This Oregon elopement was such a special one! All the details came together so perfectly for this sweet fall elopement by the river: from her dress to the vow books to the gorgeous fall leaves. It was so fun to help Dani and Dillon plan an evening that was perfect for them. Even though we had a little rain in the beginning, it made for such moody fall photos! Then the sun peeked out and it was the most perfect cozy evening by the river, amongst the orange leaves. 

The Elopement Location: Mckenzie River 

One of my most favorite spots along the Mckenzie is this park. While there are lots of hiking trails, these particular spots are close to the parking lot, so you don’t have to venture far! Plus, you get all these different looks (forest, river, etc) all in close proximity. And, in the fall, you get these stunning fall colors. As an Oregon elopement photographer, it’s a win-win! 

We spent the afternoon hiking around the park, talking about fall activities and what they did over the summer. It was so fun to show them this park and all the pretty photo ops it has! After walking around and shooting in all the fall colors, Dani and Dillon ended the evening with jumping in the river. It was such a cool way to end their Oregon elopement.
